Job description

As an Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, learning & development, payroll, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Assist the Group HR Manager in formulating and enforcing HR policies and best practices for the Singapore office.
  • Collaborate with the MY Assistant HR Manager to fulfill recruitment and onboarding needs for both Singapore and Malaysia employees.
  • Work with the SG HR & Admin Team to roll out the new HRIS across Group HR (SG & MY).
  • Support internal audits and ensure adherence to relevant HR regulations.
  • Foster a cohesive company culture aligned with the group’s values, ensuring consistent employee engagement and workplace harmony.
  • Undertake additional assignments as directed by Senior Management and the Group HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of prior HR experience in SG, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations. Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development preferred.
