Job description

Our client is a leading mobile repair and retail company in Singapore. They are looking for an Assistant/HR Manager to assist their HR team for the next phase of their business. They are located at East of Singapore – easily accessible. The Assistant/HR Manager is responsible for:

Duties

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave management for accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead HR operations, including employee records and MOM requirements.
  • Support performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development.
  • Identify skill gaps and develop training programs.
  • Maintain HR metrics and track retention and turnover rates.
  • Mentor the HR team to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Organize team events and conduct employee engagement surveys.

Requirements

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in management-related HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore MOM laws and best practices in HR.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
