Responsibilities :
Lead and execute the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions (200 headcount).
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, recruitment agencies, and local networks.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation, training, and safety protocols are completed efficiently.
Collaborate with the training team to ensure that new employees are adequately trained and ready for their roles.
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective placement of blue-collar employees.
Coordinate with external staffing agencies and vendors to enhance recruitment efforts and meet fluctuating workforce demands.
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rates) and provide reports to senior management for analysis and decision-making.
Contribute to the development of strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and employee retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of HR experience in handling 100 - 200 headcount, focusing on blue-collar recruitment.
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Detail-oriented with strong focus on process efficiency and compliance.
