Job description

Job Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Lead a team of seven.
  • Align HR strategies, policies, systems, and work processes to the organization’s business goals.
  • Function as an effective business partner to various business units.
  • Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources.
  • Develop sourcing and staffing strategy plans and partner with internal hiring managers to achieve hiring goals.
  • Undertake other HR and administrative assignments or projects.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in F&B/Catering/Hospitality.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in the related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all organization levels in English & Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
