Job Description
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
Lead a team of seven.
Align HR strategies, policies, systems, and work processes to the organization’s business goals.
Function as an effective business partner to various business units.
Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources.
Develop sourcing and staffing strategy plans and partner with internal hiring managers to achieve hiring goals.
Undertake other HR and administrative assignments or projects.
Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in F&B/Catering/Hospitality.
Minimum 6 years of working experience in the related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to communicate at all organization levels in English & Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
