Job description
Responsibilities:
Union Management and Negotiations
Recommend budgets and HR policies to align with organizational goals.
Manage HR programs (recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, performance, wellness, payroll, etc.) to meet both current and future needs.
Ensure HR strategy is aligned with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with managers to develop HR strategies that meet specific business needs while staying consistent with overall goals.
Assess workforce needs and adjust HR programs accordingly.
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective strategy implementation and legal compliance.
Oversee recruitment and strategic policy development, balancing immediate and long-term goals.
Manage HR planning, control, and reporting activities.
Ensure accurate payroll processing, compliant with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Relevant university degree.
At least 7 to 10 years of HR-related experience.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in Union management/ negotiation.
