Assistant Housekeeping Manager (5 Star Hotel)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3,000 to $4,200 (depending on relevant experience)
• Performance Bonus up to 2 months
• Daily Meal Allowance, Yearly Increment, Health Screening & Medical Benefits

• Working Hours: 5 day work week, 44h per week (no overnight shifts required)
• Working Location: Central / Sentosa (5 star vibrant hotels)

Responsibilities:

• Supervising room attendants and housekeeping staff.
• Inspecting rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Coordinating with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance).
• Managing inventory and ordering cleaning supplies.
• Addressing guest requests and resolving housekeeping-related issues.
• Enforcing health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping (for hotels)
