Position Summary

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role oversees all aspects of financial control and reporting requested by management and the corporate office. The individual is responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of financial control and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
2. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.
3. Conduct periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for enhancement.
4. Liaise with internal and external parties such as auditors and bankers.
5. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performing and engaged team culture.
