DESIGNATION: Assistant Financial Analyst (1-Year Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support daily financial transactions, including payment reconciliation and expense tracking for eCommerce operations
2. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and provide variance analysis
3. Support tracking of key financial metrics and performance indicators for eCommerce operations
4. Support section head in identifying areas of improvement on processes & streamline the processes to enhance efficiency
5. Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budget including analysing the financial data and provide variance analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
2. 1 - 3 years' relevant experience will be preferred
3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
4. Good working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
6. Excellent time management & communication skills
7. Mature personality and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
