From a small two-man team occupying less than 300 sq ft of space, we have now grown into Singapore’s largest print agency with staff strength of more than 150 and an office space of more than 30,000 sq ft. We provide state-of-the-art print solutions, top quality concept creation, innovative design, fabrication, installation at premium service levels. We are currently looking to expand our dynamic team and have the following position(s) to fill:

Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Accounts Executive

Job Description:

  1. Handle end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
  2. Process vendor invoices accurately and timely. Check and validate all invoices for recording. Match cost to sales invoice for back-to-back testing and ensure profitability. All approved invoices to be recorded in SQL accounting software.
  3. Process vendor payments accurately via SCB/OCBC online platform.
  4. Manage customer invoices and collection efficiently. Work closely with the sales team.

Other duties:

  1. Assist in group reporting packages (Monthly/Quarterly).
  2. Risk assessment reporting. Prepare/maintain reports on risk assessment matrix under Group reporting format.
  3. Sales commission preparation (Monthly).
  4. Manage and provide guidance to the team.
  5. Involvement in External and Internal audit and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  1. A POSITIVE ATTITUDE (We value individuals with a positive attitude over experience anytime).
  2. ACCA or any related accountancy certificate.
  3. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably strong hands-on in Accounts Receivable/Payable.
  4. Good communication skills and able to handle all stakeholders with confidence.
  5. Preferably able to converse effectively in both English and Mandarin (we have Chinese suppliers).
  6. Proficient in MS Office (Must be strong in Microsoft Excel).
  7. Able to work independently and resourcefully in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Able to commit to overtime when required.
  9. Open to rotation of duties within the department as it will motivate and help to broaden the skills and experience.
