Assistant Finance Manager (FP&A)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Participate and assist in the preparation of finance reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions

• Participate in the setup of the BPM system and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for various projects and initiatives

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance analysis, data analysis, or a related role

• Experience with finance modeling and forecasting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Think-cell, Visio), SQL, ERP, data lake, statistical analysis and software (e.g., SAP, Data Fabric, R, Python, Power Pivot, Power Query) and database management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and presentation skills
