What you'll be doing?

1. Financial oversight: Supervise and manage full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
2. Performance analysis: Prepare monthly management reports and conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.
3. Strategic planning: Develop annual budgets and cash-flow forecasts to guide the company's financial strategy.
4. Business development: Contribute to M&A activities and investment projects by developing financial models and conducting due diligence.
5. Global collaboration: Provide guidance to overseas business units on financial matters and reporting.
6. Process improvement: Coach internal stakeholders to enhance workflow efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
7. Special projects: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating your versatility and adaptability.

Who are they looking for?

1. Educational background: Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics, preferably with post-graduate or professional qualifications.
2. Technical expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS accounting and reporting, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Investment, Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Audit.
3. Business acumen: Demonstrated ability to solve problems, create financial models, and conduct financial planning and analysis.
4. Leadership potential: Experience in guiding teams and managing people effectively.
5. Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, including negotiation skills.
6. Personal qualities: A committed and self-driven individual with excellent stress management capabilities.
