Job Overview

Our Client in the Real Estate Industry is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team!

The Talent

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with CPA/CA qualifications
• With 5 to 7 years of relevant hands-on experience in handling consolidation of accounts
• Experience in the Real Estate industry will be advantageous
• Meticulous, organised, and good attention to details
• Candidates available immediately or within short notice preferred

The Job

• Oversee full spectrum of financial and accounting functions of the assigned portfolio in the Finance team.
• Responsible for month-end and quarter-end financial and management reporting for portfolio companies, including reconciliations and consolidation.
• Review monthly and quarterly management accounts for portfolio companies.
• Assist in statutory reporting requirements and external audit processes.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Undertake adhoc administrative duties as assigned.
