Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description

1. Responsible for full spectrum of accounts;
2. Liaise with external parties for secretarial, audit and taxation related matters;
3. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations;
4. Prepare various financial data analysis reports to support management decision-making process;
5. Provide overall guidance, mentorship and oversee professional growth of the Finance Team;
6. Responsible for payroll-related duties including attendance record in Time Management System and Overtime tabulation;
7. Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports such as GST, OED, IRAS Auto-Inclusion, etc;
8. Identify and submit relevant business grant applications;
9. Support Departmental Head to improvise processes for smooth application and alignment of various digitalisation systems across departments.

Requirements

1. Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent;
2. Preferably with 10 years of relevant working experience;
3. Ability to delegate duties and lead;
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards;
5. Experience in AutoCount Accounting System preferred;
6. Proficient with MS Office;
7. Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively;
8. Meticulous, resourceful with initiative and good motivational skills;
9. Ability to work independently to meet tight deadline.
