Assistant Finance Director ( Healthcare)

About the role

You will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring the efficient management of the company's finances within the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing and directing the day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and decision support.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Participating in the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Mentoring and leading a team of finance professionals.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of relevant experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proven track record of leading and developing finance teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using financial software and data analysis tools.
• Relevant professional qualifications, such as CPA or ACCA, are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in SAP (FI-CO, MM) or S4/HANA, MS Office applications, and data visualization tools.
