Oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of Maintenance Orders (MOs) within the SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) module.
Ensure accurate and timely opening, closing, and documentation of Maintenance Orders.
Process and verify vendor/service provider quotations through digital scanning, distributing to stakeholders.
Maintain a centralized repository of up-to-date Maintenance Orders, ensuring 100% data accuracy and audit readiness.
Coordinate the dispatch of Maintenance Orders and Purchase Orders to stakeholders.
Perform quality checks on system data entries to ensure compliance with data integrity standards (e.g., master data, MO statuses, resource allocations).
Support all operational administrative requirements and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration or any Engineering related field.
Experience in ERP-based maintenance operations, particularly in SAP S/4HANA environments, is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in high-volume environments.
Ability to prioritize and handle tasks across multiple workflows with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and teams.
