Our Programmes Include:

• Peacehaven Nursing Home - A 430-bed facility catering to elderly residents, including those with dementia and chronic illnesses.
• Day Centres (Bedok & Changi) - Offering non-residential daycare services for seniors.
• Active Ageing Centre (AAC, Bedok) - Empowering seniors with meaningful activities to enhance their well-being.
• The Jade Circle Academy - Training professionals and caregivers in dementia care while promoting greater awareness of dementia-related needs.

Responsibilities

To drive our mission forward, we are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Assistant Executive Director (Administration and Operations). This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and preparing the Peacehaven Group to meet Singapore's evolving eldercare landscape.

• Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key advisor and partner to the Executive Director (ED), stepping in to lead in the ED's absence.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee key administrative and operational functions, including Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Facility Management, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• People & Organizational Development: Cultivate a high-performance, values-driven culture, mentoring and developing future leaders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies (e.g., MOH, AIC), healthcare partners, and the broader community.
• Visionary Planning: Anticipate and shape the future of eldercare, ensuring the Peacehaven Group remains at the forefront of service excellence.

Qualifications

• A strategic thinker with experience in managing complex organizations and driving transformation.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, social services, or business administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-stakes situations.
• A people-centric leader, demonstrating empathy, humility, and an ability to inspire and uplift teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
• Emotionally mature with strong personal values, capable of providing guidance and assurance, particularly in end-of-life care settings.
• At least an academic degree from a reputable university.
