Assistant / Event Producer (N)

We are representing our client in the Events Sector in their search for a Assistant/Producer. You should have experience in conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-profile events and activations.

Event Conceptualization and Planning:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and requirements for each event.
• Develop innovative concepts and themes that align with client goals and brand identity.
• Create comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Project Management:

• Oversee all aspects of event execution, including logistics, venue selection, vendor management, and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Anticipate and mitigate any potential risks or challenges during the planning and execution phases.

Creative Direction:

• Work closely with the creative team to translate conceptual ideas into visually captivating designs and experiences.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure the integrity of the event concept is maintained throughout all elements.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on project progress.
• Address client feedback and incorporate changes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in event planning and production, preferably in a creative agency or events management company.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
