Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that products assembled and tested conform to specifications and are in accordance with the quality standard laid out.
• Perform assembly and test processes according to established process/test instructions.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping practices (5S) at all times.
• Participate in new products evaluation and transfers as assigned.
• Support the Quality Management System.
• Work as a team & maintain regular & effective communications with superiors and other team members.

Requirements:

• NTC/ITC/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any related discipline.
• Working experience with assembling in Mechanical or Electrical will be an advantage.
• Equipment setup assembly, testing, and debugging of capital equipment experience will be added advantages.
• Need to support at customer site @ Woodlands on an ad-hoc basis if needed (cleanroom environment).
