Job description

What the role is:

You drive and develop data governance and data analysis for the Training Institute.

What you will be working on:

Define data use-cases and data structures to drive the desired outcomes for training data
Analyse training data to provide insights on training
Govern data standards and data-sharing processes
Integrate training analytics with other related work-streams

Challenges:

Managing high-tempo work environment
Adapting to outfield and overseas training phases

What we are looking for:

Education in Computer Science, Data Science or a related quantitative field
At least 6 years of equivalent working experience with proven track record
Strong management skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to work for extended periods in outfield

You may be required to travel overseas for work. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
