Assistant Director (Senior Research Analyst)

What The Role Is

You play a key role in enhancing Research Officers' skills through identifying development needs and sourcing training opportunities.

What You Will Be Working On

1. Identify research skill sets for development
2. Source new courses, seminars and programmes
3. Liaise with agencies for training collaborations
4. Network and interact with Whole-of-Government (WOG) training agencies, foreign agencies and partners for training opportunities

Challenge(s)

1. Meeting the demands of networking and interacting with various agencies while ensuring relevant skill development opportunities for research officers

What We Are Looking For

1. Education in Strategic Studies, International Relations or other related fields
2. At least 6 years of experience in Training, Teaching or Human Resource
3. Good analytical skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Planning and organisational skills
6. Creative problem-solving abilities
7. Decision-making capabilities
8. Knowledge management expertise
