Job Description:



Job Responsibilities

  • Support planning and development of strategic projects.
  • Undertake strategic research and establish strong relationships with relevant stakeholders including statutory boards and ministries, corporates, advisors, and/or consultants to keep abreast of market trends and development, and develop clear action plans and business innovation in line with the tourism objectives of the organisation.
  • Work internally with domain knowledge experts and advisors, and externally with partners and stakeholders, to conceptualize and coordinate tourism developments that will catalyze and accelerate the growth of the tourism industry to meet targets set forth by the organization.
  • Maintain business scorecard and partner with business units and stakeholders towards driving favorable results at the resort-wide level.
  • Organize regular key stakeholder meetings with government bodies.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Policy, or Economics related areas of study, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good understanding of government policies and strategies related to tourism development and economic growth.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent business acuity and analytical proficiency, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence multiple functional stakeholders.
  • Able to build a network of relationships both internally and externally to build support and secure buy-in for desired objectives.
  • Results-oriented with sound business judgment.
  • Team player who is able to work collaboratively with others and under tight deadlines.
