Job Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to revolutionize healthcare delivery through cutting-edge technology.
• Work alongside the Clinical Director and various stakeholders to ensure departmental goals are in sync with the overall objectives of the institution.
• Supervise the integration of clinical research and innovations into practical application and policy, emphasizing practical and effectiveness-driven hybrid trials.
• Interact with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to enhance the health system's capacity for effectively implementing technology-driven care models.
• Promote cooperation among different departments and with external partners to ensure the successful integration of new care models.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Services Research, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, research, or a related field, with a focus on healthcare system performance and innovation.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale healthcare projects.
• Experience in health system performance strategy, particularly in the context of translating research into practice.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
