We catalyse the ideas today, into assets tomorrow. The Human Capital Department supports IPOS to attract, develop, nurture and retain talent, in support of IPOS' organisational goals.
What you will be working on:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on individual to join our Human Capital Department. You will play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives across Employee Engagement, HR Policy & Processes, Learning & Development, Workforce Planning and Recruitment. This position requires close collaboration with department heads, HR colleagues and senior management to build a positive workplace culture, build organisational capabilities and ensure alignment between people strategies and business priorities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and partner departments on follow-up actions to strengthen culture and employee experience.
- Develop and deliver training programmes and competency frameworks to build future-ready capabilities across the organisation.
- Review and update HR policies and ensure clear, timely communication of changes to support understanding and compliance.
- Oversee manpower planning and budgeting to ensure optimal resourcing and fiscal accountability.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for selected departments, ensuring timely hires and strong, forward-looking talent pipelines to meet evolving organisational needs.
What we are looking for:
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and fast thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in the public sector is preferred but not mandatory
