Job Responsibilities- EDUCATOR: Infuse design into our institute's skillset and advocate for design
- Develop and implement a framework for upskilling staff in basic design principles in healthcare setting.
- Develop a strategy for cultivating an institution-wide attitude and aptitude for design.
- Develop content and materials that translate case study insights into actionable strategies, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
- INNOVATOR: Employ design to improve competitiveness through elevating Patient & Staff Experience
- Responsible for mapping out the overall patient and staff experience, including maintenance of patient experience database and running of reports.
- Conducts ongoing review of existing patient experience initiatives to identify barriers to success and opportunities for improvement.
- Design & lead the development of the future Patient Experience and Wellbeing Center.
- FACILITATOR: Bring Design into the culture as a common language in fostering Multidisciplinary Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate the involvement of patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in the design process.
- Design and facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
- DESIGNER: Expand the role of design and innovation in improving quality through solving complex problems
- Apply design and systems thinking to understand the complex interplay of factors affecting patient care.
- Spearhead the implementation of co-design methodologies to drive patient-centered innovations.
- STORY TELLER: Develop the brand and identity through design as a strategy
- Curate and disseminate real-world case studies that demonstrate the impact of codesign in healthcare.
- Design and lead learning and development initiatives that leverage successful examples from other leading healthcare institutions.
Key Requirements- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Master's in a relevant field will be an advantage.
- At least five years of experience in codesign research and innovation practice.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and self-motivated.
