At least 2 years experience in a government agency, international organisation, or technology organisation, with a keen interest in international issues/challenges that impact on the Digital Domain and the implications on Singapore;
Ability to build and maintain networks of internal and external stakeholders from which to gather intelligence and tap on when required;
Ability to apply geopolitical perspectives on Singapore's digital diplomacy objectives, and advise MCI divisions and agencies engagements and policies accordingly;
Ability to balance and coordinate top-down strategy with bottom-up agency inputs;
Strong time-management skills, including the ability to keep track of, and balance, multiple workstreams and portfolios in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Excellent written, presentation, analytical, conceptual, and organisational skills;
General awareness of, and interest in, current affairs, economics, and technology developments;
Willingness to travel.
Candidates with the following will be prioritised:
Training in Economics, Law, Political Science, International Relations, International Political Economy, Business or related disciplines;
Experience being part of Singapore delegations at international fora or bilateral negotiations.
