We are looking for a dynamic professional to be responsible for Social Analytics & Customer Lifecycle Management for Mediacorp Consumer Brands. The digital marketer tracks, monitors and analyse the performance of Mediacorp's social accounts with the goal of growing consumption and engagement with our brands, and to optimize direct marketing communications with different audience segments via Customer Lifecycle Management.
The role will synthesize data and information, and collaborate with marketing, product and internal stakeholders to help strategize initiatives and share insights to ensure performance deliverables are met. The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. You must be a self-starter and problem solver, comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and be able to think big while paying careful attention to details.
Responsibilities
Social Performance & Analytics
Employ tools to monitor, track performance and report on Mediacorp social accounts
Analyse and share insights on what perform well for each Mediacorp brand
Benchmark performance against competitors and share ideation opportunities
Collaborate closely with Marketing to grow the communities and increase stickiness
Identify and amplify best performing content by setting up campaigns for boosting to the respective target audiences
Customer Lifecycle Management
Utilizing data and insights, recommend opportunities at strategic and tactical levels for better audience targeting, remarketing inactive or churned users, conversion funnel building, lead nurturing etc
Plan, strategize and executive campaigns to reach out to different audience segments via EDM, push notifications or in-app messages
Qualifications
1 to 2 years' experience in digital & social marketing
Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Business Administration / Marketing / Analytics or any related discipline is a plus
Proven successful digital/social project/campaign track records e.g. in growing social accounts
Proficient in Social Marketing / Performance & Analytics and familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Suite/Studio etc
Proficient in Digital Advertising & familiar with analytics tools or platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
Familiar with customer engagement platforms e.g. Braze, Urban Airship etc
A broad and deep knowledge of digital content and social media trends
Demonstrates organizational, negotiation and communication skills. Worked with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver business results
Strong verbal and communications skills
A self-starter capable of handling numerous tasks under pressure. Strongly oriented to action and decision making.
Demonstrates openness to new ideas, and creative/innovative solutions.
A team player capable of working effectively with others and also able to work independently
