Key accountabilities

Perform daily culinary operations and coordination to ensure timely execution of daily meals to customers.
Thoroughly understand customer requirements and attributes to ensure their integrity.
Work closely with the team on day-to-day operational issues and ensure that product and service standards are maintained at all times.
Execute food production in accordance with the process flow and procedure.
Ensure that records are filled and maintain their integrity.
Report any faulty equipment.
Collaborate with the culinary team on cyclical menu execution.
Ensure all kitchen forms are updated during food production.
Observe workplace safety and food safety during food production.
Possess adequate knife skills and interpersonal skills.
Various working locations, i.e., West and Central Area.

Skills & experience

Experience working in a central/commercial kitchen setting.
Adhere strictly to halal requirements.
Valid certification in Basic Food Hygiene.
