Our client, with several projects in hand, is seeking suitable candidates to join them as Assistant Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contracts Manager to lead and manage a team of QS.
• Oversee Main/Sub-contract administration.
• Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts.
• Monitor Sub-contract payment, Variation Order Pursuant, Engineer Direction defense.
• Project and Sub-Contract Final Account.
• Claims for additional payment and EOT.
• Safeguard company contractual rights.
• In charge of tender submission.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Contract Law.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in Main Contractor Building projects.
• Sound Knowledge in Contract Negotiation and Administration.
