About the role

Join our dynamic team at DSO (Singapore) as an Assistant Client Relationship Manager. In this full-time position based in the Central Region, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued clients. As a key member of our Account & Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to ensure the continued growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain regular communication with assigned clients to understand their needs and proactively address any concerns
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of client-specific growth strategies
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to update clients on the status of their accounts
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts
  6. Provide administrative support to the Client Relationship Management team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the sales or account management function
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  3. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  4. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  5. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of the business
