Job Duties
1. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document management.
2. assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
3. respond to client and employee inquiries and provide information.
4. maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency.
5. assist in preparing reports, presentations and correspondence as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Previous experience as an assistant clerk or similar work experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.
