Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community.
• Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for learners.
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement.
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community.
• Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them.
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings and trial classes, ensuring payments for classes are received.
• Work with the teaching team to assess learners and follow up with parents for conversion.
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g., sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data, and research.
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system.
• Act as a relationship manager for the community, tracking the progress of learners and maintaining relationships with parents.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage different projects simultaneously.
• Get-things-done attitude, self-driven.
• Meticulous and independent, able to set priorities and manage time effectively to complete projects on time.
• Diploma / Degree Graduates without experience are welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided!

Additional (Good-to-Have!)

• A passion for learning and expanding knowledge in Computer Science and/or Engineering.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; open-minded and dynamic.
• Eager to shape the skills and minds of the next generation in equipping them with the right digital skills; prior teaching experience, be it tutoring or team training, is a plus.

Location: West Coast Plaza OR SingPost at PLQ

Company Background: Learning in Coding / Robotics for Primary & Secondary school kids.

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (5 days per week, Wednesday to Sundays, PH OFF)

Salary: $2800 to $3500 per month + quarterly / annual bonus
