Job Description

1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads and opportunities.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
3. Effectively communicate the company's products, services, and value proposition to potential customers.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to support the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
5. Provide timely and accurate reporting on business development activities, pipeline, and key metrics.
6. Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales enablement content.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in business development.
8. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by identifying new revenue streams and strategic partnerships.

Job Requirement

1. Preferably Degree holder or equivalent.
2. Min. 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
3. Experienced in Travel, Transportation or Events Industry preferred.
4. Proven track record of successfully generating new business and driving revenue growth.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
