Assistant Business Development Manager - Legal Firm (MNC)

Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be supporting Partners & Associates in compelling pitches for all practices covered by the firm.

Our client is an international law firm with multiple regional offices. They are currently expanding in the region and looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to join their team.

Description

1. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the Asia-Pacific legal market.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services.
3. Business Development Strategy: Collaborate with partners to develop and implement business development strategies that align with the firm's overall objectives.
4. Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of proposals and pitch materials, ensuring they are tailored to meet client needs and highlight the firm's strengths.
5. Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and networking opportunities.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development metrics and campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Profile

• About 7 years of experience in Business Development in a legal firm
• Good interpersonal skills to manage internal & external stakeholders efficiently
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and support multiple stakeholders
• Strong pitching skills
