Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level allocation specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support Assistant Allocation Manager to partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Buying, Planning, and Marketplace) to develop and execute effective inventory allocation plans, including stock updates and adjustments based on sales performance and store needs.
  2. Support Seasonal Allocation Cycles: preparing for seasonal launches, including data preparation, reporting, and system input to execute against Allocation Strategy.
  3. Support order placement during seasonal buy cycles for Direct to Partners.
  4. Monitor store capacity and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, support replenishment strategies, and improve stock efficiency across channels.
  5. Coordinate & execute product transitions between seasons across channels and markets to drive inventory optimization.
  6. Generate and analyze in-season and post-season sales reports, providing actionable insights to inform future buying & allocation strategies and enhance decision-making.
  7. Support Multi-Channel Operation team in reports and data maintenance.
  8. Support and maintain price changes in reports and systems.
  9. Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of function processes and workflows.
  10. Handle ad hoc requests as needed to support Multi-Channel Operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or A level Holder with 1 year of experience in retail buying, merchandising, or allocation is a plus.
  2. Interest in footwear and apparel retail industry.
  3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong in Excel; familiarity with BI tools or allocation software is a plus.
  5. Self-organized, able to see the big picture, break complexity, and manage inter-dependencies.
  6. Focused on delivering results, love problem-solving, resolving conflicts with a positive can-do attitude.
  7. Entrepreneurial, able to perform on his/her own without much supervision.
  8. Curious, and hungry to learn new things, growth mindset, and open to provide constructive suggestions and feedback.
