Assistant Admin & Accounting Manager (Redhill/ Cap $4.8k + AWS + VB)

This is mainly a Fullsets accounts role, training can be provided for the HR Admin duties.

1. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
3. Help maintain and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Assist in coordinating external & internal audits, preparing audit schedules, and addressing auditor inquiries. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
5. Assist in budgeting and financial planning, including expense tracking and reporting.
6. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
7. Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
8. Provide administrative assistance to the Accounting Manager, senior management, and other departments.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets.
10. Provide support with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
11. Assist with special projects, such as event planning, training, and development.

1. 5 years of experience in full set accounting, related work experiences.
2. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., ERP, SAP, Sage), Excel, and financial reporting tools.
3. Good communication, responsiveness and problem-solving skills.
