Job description
Job Scope
- Prepare and process payments promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in compiling store claims and managing ERP Cash Card transactions.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements of accounts.
- Update petrol cost records monthly.
- Track and update copier meter readings regularly.
- Update cashflow statements in Excel with precision and accuracy.
- Scan and save invoices daily for proper documentation.
- Digitize and upload all subcontractor contracts into the system.
- Manage and prepare project labour cost details using the system.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance & Accounts team.
