Assistant Accountant

1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Providing support for partial / full sets of accounts (AR)
2. Customer credit control, informing management and the commercial department once customers' credit exceeds limit
3. Chasing customers for overdue payments on a regular basis and reporting to management
4. Handling and posting staff claims and cash management
5. Providing support for financial analysis and reporting in Chinese
6. Processing invoices and GST / Tax Receipts
7. Supporting monthly and quarterly reports and audit schedules
8. Liaising with HR and statutory government authorities / agencies
9. Supporting the team in administrative duties
10. Performing any ad-hoc duties

2. REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Bilingual.
3. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Good organizational and communication skills.
