Job Description
This Analyst will play a role within the APAC ex Japan Asset Management (AM) Marketing team, working to execute on channel marketing initiatives and broader team projects.
The Analyst will work alongside a senior regional marketer on commercial priorities and go-to-market plans for various channels.
Responsibilities
Marketing implementation: Support the execution of strategic marketing plans to build awareness and affinity for AM’s investment capabilities.
Launches and campaigns: Support the development and implementation of marketing plans around new product/fund launches, and client conferences. Partner with AM Marketing colleagues to deliver well thought-out, impactful and quantifiable marketing campaigns, leveraging a range of channels and tactics to maximize effectiveness.
Partnership marketing: Work with senior marketer / marketing head on initiatives related to regional partners. This can encompass pitch decks, marketing collateral development and campaign ideation for partners.
Events / webinars: Support flagship, sponsored events and webinars from invite, on-site management to post-event communications.
Digital marketing: Assist in the preparation of digital elements for various priorities in partnership with regional / global AM Marketing members – product and/or asset class webpages, campaign webpages, social media.
Risk management: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines for all marketing communications.
Team connectivity: Take an active role in the AM Marketing team, adopting a collaborative approach, sharing best practices, being involved in programs outside primary region as relevant, and contributing to the team's overall success.
Partnership and collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships within AM Marketing and other AM Marketing colleagues.
Qualifications
Strong interest in marketing and communications with 1-2 years in a similar role within a similar leading financial institution.
Good working knowledge of financial and investment concepts.
Some knowledge of the asset management industry: clients, products, regulations, competitors.
An understanding of all marketing media including digital, social and print collateral.
Ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure, while maintaining extremely high standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex organization.
