The Role:

• Advise on a variety of marine asset finance, general banking, and project finance transactions for a prestigious client base across Korea, PRC (including Hong Kong), and Singapore.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation, conduct legal research, and support client relationship management.
• Contribute to high-profile, cross-border deals, delivering top-tier legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage in business development initiatives and grow your professional network within the industry.

Hiring Criteria:

• Junior/Mid-Level lawyer from a common law jurisdiction (e.g., Singapore, England & Wales).
• Demonstrable expertise in asset, project, or banking finance gained at a leading international firm.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
