The Singapore Southeast Asia Marketing function at J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) is integral to the firm's success and plays a pivotal role in driving growth and presence in one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving regions in the world.

As an Analyst in the Asset Management Marketing team, you will be responsible for innovative and captivating marketing leveraging a deep understanding of local markets and client groups. This function is dedicated to solving for client needs through market leading insights, strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical rigor.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing communications programs using a variety of initiatives to drive business impact.
  • Compile meaningful data analysis and reporting to facilitate evaluation and decision-making.
  • Drive data solutions and ensure end-to-end implementations.
  • Provide relevant data points and insights to enable objective setting, targeting, program design, and evaluation for marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Conduct research, market/industry/competitive analysis, and identify internal capability gaps and opportunities/options for marketing strategy.
  • Manage events and conferences, including the development of strategy, content, supporting materials, and providing onsite assistance when required.
  • Assist in campaign management, including stakeholder management, vendor management, content management, and performance management.
  • Manage marketing projects/programs aligned with the broader regional marketing agenda and priorities as needed.
  • Support local, regional, and global projects as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Attention to detail, meticulous, and able to manage well under pressure.
  • Hands-on experience with digital & social, content, and data-driven marketing.
  • Effective verbal, written, visual presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • An effective team player, able to work with people of all levels.
  • High level of self-motivation, with strong integrity and ethics.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven marketing background with relevant industry experience.
  • Diverse marketing experience in financial services, with asset management experience being a plus.
  • Any certifications in Marketing.
  • Mandarin reading and writing would be an advantage to support China clients.
