Asset Management - Enterprise Asset Management (Program Manager)

Primary Objectives of Position
• Mainly to provide support for overseas projects in the areas of Asset Management Framework, Enterprise Asset Management process and program implementation, in particular the Maintenance Management System (MMS), i.e. cloud-based Maximo projects.
• Assist HOD, Asset Management, in the delivery of consultancy services such as Asset Life Cycle Management (LCM), referencing the Specific Subject Guidelines (SSG) of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) and referencing ISO 55001 requirements.

Major Responsibilities
• Implement overseas cloud-based Maximo projects within scope, schedule, and cost/budget.
• Assist HOD, Asset Management, in delivering consultancy services referencing the Specific Subject Guidelines (SSG) of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) and ISO 55001 requirements, particularly: Develop AM Policy, Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), and Asset Management Objectives. Conduct yearly Management Reviews and internal audits on procedures relating to safety, reliability, risk management, competency & training, operation and maintenance, outsource contractors’ management, contingency of outages, etc. Identify gaps as part of the ISO 55001 performance reviews, audits, and continual improvement clauses.
• Assist HOD, Asset Management, in similar areas for local lines operated by SBS Transit Rail.

Specific Safety Responsibilities
• Ensure safety plans in accordance with overseas Safety Policies and compliance with overseas’ Safety Management System (SMS).
• Ensure Maximo vendor(s)’s compliance as above.

Minimum Education / Qualifications
• Possess a Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in delivering Enterprise Asset Management or Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience
• Preferably at least 8 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or Infocomm Technology (ICT) and/or preferably Railway industry dealing with project implementation of IBM Maximo system.
• About 20% travelling (per year) with short trips of 1 to 2 weeks each time is expected of this position.

Knowledge/Skills
• Strong in Microsoft 365 suite.
• Maximo knowledge and experience.
• Railway Operations and Maintenance knowledge and experience.
