• Provide support on process remediation project as a core member
• 6 months contract / Extendable/ Convertible
• Possess 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Asset Management firm
• Knowledgeable in end-to-end trade lifecycle process with strong project management experience
• Basic Salary up to $ 8,000 - $ 10,000
Job Responsibilities:
• Participate actively in project planning activities for both Singapore and local business units.
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the trade lifecycle process to drive project success.
• Take ownership of project objectives and outcomes, collaborating with consultants to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review project deliverables, including process maps, SOPs, control matrices, and RACI matrices, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work with SMEs to develop current state understanding and future state process maps, drawing upon their expertise.
• Advocate for standardization and rationalization proposals to achieve project objectives.
• Partner with process owners and SMEs to review, enhance, and finalize SOPs, enriching the process knowledge repository.
• Collaborate with process owners, SMEs, consultants, and the Change Management team to implement project outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with key business stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in for proposed process changes.
• Liaise with business teams and consultants to identify and resolve risks/issues related to processes and controls.
• Conduct business resources for workshops and project activities, coordinating among stakeholders.
• Contribute to system enhancement projects and support process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree
• Min 8-10 years of experience in business analyst role within asset management firm
• Knowledge in end-to-end trade lifecycle process is highly preferred
• Good interpersonal and strong problem solving skills
• Ability in adapting to fast-paced environment, working against tight timelines while managing multiple priorities
