Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all technical support of new product introduction, including product improvement, component production, and the entire process of product assembly and packaging.
2. Responsible for effective change management: implementation of Engineering Change Notice & get customer approval for Engineering Change Request.
3. Receive initial product training, compile, and update product assembly instructions, be responsible for the complete transfer of product technical details from the customer to the company, and continuously improve and innovate processes and technologies.
4. Contact the customer's designated personnel on product-related technical issues.
5. Responsible for training the assembly team and implementing improvements within the production team.
6. Establish assembly work instructions based on customer & specifications.
7. Monitor, identify, develop, and implement improvements in process control systems and equipment.
8. Create Bill of Material & routing in ERP for assembly.
9. Troubleshoot and optimize assembly processes and follow up with production to improve process robustness, yield, product quality, and process time.
10. Define and follow up on special tooling requirements.
11. Manage customer documentation (drawings, specification, etc.).

Education:

Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics or equivalent.

Skills:

A minimum of 2 years working experience in high precision mechatronics assembly or design.

Experience:

1. Knowledge and direct experience in mechanics, electronics, control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics in the semiconductor industry.
2. Knowledge in Assembly of mechatronics systems, linear motors, sensors, servos, actuators, dynamics, controls, etc.
3. Complex mechatronic systems for test and qualification of design changes.
4. Exposure to multi-disciplinary projects, such as imaging/optical systems, semiconductor, or lithography preferred - but not mandatory.
5. Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems on a conceptual and advanced troubleshooting level.
6. Proficiency in reading and updating technical drawings.
