Within Asia Operations, the Reconciliations & Investigations Team is responsible for the reconciliation of cash & stock accounts as well as the management of cash investigation cases relating to in and outgoing cash transfers.

The incumbent will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for:

• The management of the Reconciliations & Investigation team as well as their processes;
• Ensuring that the services delivered to the Azqore clients are most efficiently and productively performed;
• Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely, and accurate manner.

Objectives

• Facilitate the business growth of Azqore and its clients through ensuring the processing of client’s banking transactions, with high-quality output and excellence management of risk.

Responsibilities

Daily BAU

• Successful applicant will be responsible for Asia Reconciliation & Investigation function;
• Reconciliation of depot/internal/nostro accounts i.e., Security and Cash related transactions;
• Investigate messages that have issues on the process and ensure all investigations are monitored, followed up, and resolved;
• Eye for details and meticulous in handling tasks assigned;
• Team player with the ability to work with multiple departments in Swiss and Asia.

Others

• Positive attitude towards a constantly changing environment;
• Participates in Azqore Asia Operations projects, proactively drives and implements process enhancement and improvements, where necessary.
