The Regional FP&A Manager collaborates closely with Regional Brand Directors and Market Brand teams to drive effective financial planning and analysis, supporting decisions and the achievement of Brand targets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FP&A, excellent business partnering and data analytic skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Develop a comprehensive tracking system for sales trends, focusing on key drivers such as product, channel, store, and customer performance.
Conduct regular and timely financial reviews, analyses, and deep dives to understand brand profit and loss performance
Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance profitability, including optimizing marketing spend and cost-saving initiatives
BUDGETING/FORECASTING
Support the quarterly brand budget and forecast preparation process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with regional and market Brand teams to build detailed, bottoms-up business plans that align with the regional growth strategy
Prepare comprehensive storyboards, analyses, and presentations to clearly articulate changes in the financial plan and their implications
DATA TRANSFORMATION AND PROCESS INITIATIVES
Initiate process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function, through the use of automated analytic tools and data visualization techniques
Support and assist in regional data transformation projects
REQUIREMENTS
Master/Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, preferably with specialisation in Analytics
Minimum 10 years combine progressive Accounting and FP&A business partnering experience
Strong data analytics and numeracy skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Hands-on, meticulous with excellent attention to details
Self-starter and resourceful with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communicator and a team player
Experience and proficiency in SAP, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI is a must
Knowledge of at least one programming language would be an added advantage
