We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with experience in Cloud technologies, infrastructure as code and/or general automation techniques to join us in building the future of SAP's Artificial Intelligence platform.

What you’ll do

• Work with AI DevOps team to manage AI product and services globally.
• Lead the process of moving applications from development to production and ensure our products run smoothly in production.
• Design, implement, and manage DevOps capabilities using CI/CD toolsets and automation.
• Analyze the existing infrastructure and provide expertise on containerization and migration to Kubernetes (K8S).
• Work on infrastructure as code and ensure teams have the environments, deployment pipelines, and tools necessary to be efficient, e.g., automate processes for environment setup, deployments, monitoring and debugging.
• Identify and address security and performance issues. Maintain a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with cloud tools such as Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Kibana, Grafana, or Dynatace.
• Good technical understanding of the intersection of development and operations (DevOps), monitoring/management/deployment tools and processes.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

The SAP Artificial Intelligence CloudOps team is at the forefront of operations and AI tools deployment, enabling the provisioning of SAP AI cloud services across various datacenters and hyperscalers. Our team is responsible for overseeing the complete infrastructure and software deployment stack, tenant management, as well as deploying and managing large language models.

We also provide steadfast Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) support and a 24/7 incident response mechanism, ensuring continuous availability of AI cloud services for a broad range of both internal and external customers. Our collaborative approach allows us to work hand-in-hand with development, cyber-security, and compliance teams, reinforcing secure DevOps and unwavering operations of productive landscapes.
