We are looking for a passionate and versatile Art Intern to join our creative team and contribute to the development and growth of innovative games for GOAT Gaming, along with art research and development for AlphaAI. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in game art production while exploring cutting-edge AI-driven workflows. You’ll be part of a global team of talented professionals, collaborating across diverse cultural and creative backgrounds to shape the visual identity of our projects. You’ll also gain exposure to other aspects of game development, including marketing and growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Contribute to the creation of 2D and 3D game art assets tailored for GOAT Gaming projects, ensuring assets meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.
• Gain hands-on experience with AI-driven game art production pipelines, learning how Generative AI is used to enhance creativity and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, and other artists to ensure assets align with gameplay, storytelling, and design goals.
• Assist with asset preparation and optimization for integration into game engines.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, team discussions, and art reviews, providing input and learning from feedback.
• Gain cross-disciplinary exposure to Marketing and Growth, and contribute to creative assets supporting promotional campaigns for games on GOAT Gaming.
• Work on R&D for AlphaAI, exploring innovative AI-driven approaches to game art production.
• Support asset management, file organization, and documentation tasks to maintain efficient workflows.

• Skills:
• Proficiency in industry-standard DCC tools, such as Photoshop, Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.
• Strong understanding of both 2D and 3D game art production pipelines.
• Solid art foundations, including composition, colour theory, anatomy, and design principles.
• Open-mindedness towards Generative AI (GenAI) as a creative and production tool.
• Familiarity with the game development process and pipelines.
• Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing relevant skills and work, including examples of 2D/3D assets, concept art, or game-ready visuals.
• Attitude:
• Eager to learn and adaptable to new tools, techniques, and workflows in a professional environment.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for R&D and innovative approaches to art production.

• Practical experience in 2D and 3D art production pipelines, with mentorship from experienced artists and industry leaders.
• Exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven art production pipelines, gaining insights into how AI is transforming creative processes.
