Art Director

We are seeking a talented Art Director to lead and execute creative concepts across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design eye, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life. As an Art Director, you will work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure visual concepts are executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, digital content, and branding projects.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
3. Oversee the visual direction of projects from concept to final execution.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and deadlines.
5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
6. Stay current with design trends and implement innovative visual techniques in your work.
7. Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns.

1. Have 5+ years of experience in art direction or graphic design, preferably in an agency environment.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative concepts and high-quality design work.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
6. A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
