ART DIRECTOR

About the Role:

As UNIQ’s Art Director, you’ll be responsible for conceptualising and executing creative solutions, holistic design systems and leading a team of creatives to progress the brand on a global scale. You should be a disciplined creative who understands that every piece of work deserves care and attention to detail, with a strong ability to communicate strategically-led ideas and direction clearly throughout the creative process without losing sight of the original objective and vision.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with a diverse in-house team of creatives, copywriters, and marketers to deliver through-the-line work, including packaging, digital marketing collaterals, and social media content.
2. Work with sales, marketing and product teams to come up with the right resources, timelines and solutions from a creative standpoint.
3. Plan and execute photoshoots and video productions with external photographers or production houses.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing collateral, product designs, and communication materials.
5. Support the Group Creative Director in ensuring creative quality assurance for all deliverables.

Requirements:

1. At least 6-8 years of working experience in an advertising environment.
2. Possess an excellent eye for visual aesthetics with a great sense of typography, colour and layout.
3. Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
4. Ability to work both independently, and within a team.
5. Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Suite.
