Requirements:
Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role within a creative agency or in-house team.
Strong Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media ad campaigns and performance-driven design.
AI Generative Tools: Proficiency in using AI generative tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Social Media Understanding: Solid understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement and conversion.
